Just some veggie knowledge...

Did you know? If not, than listen up! If you are a student, or a crazy multi-tasker, this might be helpful ;)

1. Cucumbers protect your brain! Research has shown that cucumbers improve your memory, contain an anti-inflammatory called fisetin, and protects your nerve cells from age-related declined.

2. Carrots also slow down the aging of cells. They contain high levels of beta-carotene. Awesome for aging, metabolism, and are packed full of antioxidants!

3. Other great veggies for memory: Broccoli, cabbage, and other dark leafy greens. Broccoli salad? Collard greens instead of tortilla wrap? Kale salad? Try these!
